Sr. Clinical Data Manager, Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Health Administration; Provide methods for consuming data from data formats, mapping to a standard structure that includes medical dictionaries such as MedDRA and WHODD as per CDISC standards and developing dashboards and analytics; Direct clinical DB programming and report on the development of clinical data using SAS programming, R software, SQL scripting, XML, C Sharp, QlikSense, Spotfire and Tableau for final submissions; Use integrations, automations and applications using a variety of APIs and web services for clinical data systems, including EDC, CTMS and eTMF, and manage the full cycle of a project for all study phases; Manage clinical data analysis reports using SAS language, including macro, SQL, SAS/GRAPH, and use of SAS procedures such as LIFETEST, PHREG, MIXED, and GLM for therapeutic studies; Integrate various randomization and trial supply management (RTSM) and interactive web response system (IWRS) tools, interactive voice responsive system (IVRS), eConsent and electronic patient reported outcomes (ePRO) systems using APIs; Work on project management duties such as budgeting, resourcing and involvement in bidding meetings, including executing projects.
